Fresh and clean in Clifton

Published on 15 March 2011 at 12:48

A dark shower room was transformed into a bright and fresh new room for guests. The wall and floor tiles were white with a lovely aqua green glass border tile running through at dado height.

New wall lights and a shower light brightened up the room dramatically. A traditional style Heritage suite was chosen which fitted with the style of the house.

The walk in Matki shower had a curved screen which allowed extra room to shower.

Travertine shower room

Travertine effect wall and floor tiles were the backdrop for this clean and calm shower room.

White flat high gloss doors were chosen for the cupboards and 'back to wall' furniture. The chrome knobs complemented the chrome on the shower enclosure.

A tiled seating area was created in the shower with glass shelves above for bottles. Abode lever taps were used which helped with the contemporary scheme.

  • Back to wall toilet, new bath and shower, semi recessed basin and vanity unit were installed.
  • The tiles were a creative choice with warm beige and hot 'splendour' mosaic tiles.
  • Mirrors were used to make the room seem bigger.
  • New ceiling lights were installed and made the room bright and opulent.
  • Underfloor heating and red quartz floor tiles were the finishing touch.

The mosaic tiles were the star of the show.
